I do find that I feel bloated but it does help with sugar cravings and I feel full sooner. I am on vacation so can’t weigh myself to see if there is any loss. It’s hard to tell as my stomach is often bloated. I am also very disappointed that I decided to skip the trial pack and just subscribe only to find if I had waited to subscribe I could have had a substantial discount on my first order. This product worked very well for me. My fasting BS went from 130 to 115 and my after meal BS went from around 200 to 150! I, however, was approved for the new Wegovy Medicare D program and was advised to discontinue the glucose stabilizer until I have a better idea of my BS.

It actually works. Still use common sense of course...but if you want a slice of pizza, or a few bits of desert when out with friends, it limits the amplitude and duration of the spike.
