I have been taking this product for ONLY a short time as I ONLY ordered a month supply to see how this product will go for me. I, too, know that perhaps a month isn’t enough and may have to try longer but I’m still deciding.
As far as food goes, I’ve cut down considerably but sweets are more my problem. I have noticed a slight decrease in wanting the sweets but like I said, it may still be too soon for me.
