How I Finally Got My Energy (and Balance) Back with Sigrid
April 8, 2026 · Maria Barcelos
If you had asked me a few months ago how I felt after meals, I would have said: tired, foggy, and constantly craving something sweet. My energy dipped every afternoon, my weight had slowly crept up, and no matter what I tried, nothing really stuck.
Then I found Sigrid.
I didn’t expect miracles but I was curious. And honestly, that small decision ended up changing more than I thought.
The first month what actually happened
Week 1: “Wait… something’s different.”
The first thing I noticed wasn’t dramatic but it was noticeable. After meals, I didn’t get that heavy crash. Normally, lunch meant I’d be reaching for coffee or something sweet an hour later. That urge softened.

Tip: I started taking Sigrid right before my biggest meals and tried to go for a short walk after dinner. Nothing extreme just 10–15 minutes.
Week 2: Fewer cravings, clearer head
This is when it clicked. I wasn’t thinking about snacks all the time. The constant “what can I eat next?” feeling quieted down.
I also felt more even no sharp highs and lows, just steady energy throughout the day.
Tip: I focused on building simple meals (protein + fiber) instead of overcomplicating things. Sigrid made it easier to stick to that.

Week 3: Small wins start adding up
My clothes felt a little looser. Not a huge change, but enough to notice.
More importantly, I felt in control again. I wasn’t overeating out of impulse or chasing energy dips.
Tip: I stopped trying to be perfect. Consistency mattered more taking Sigrid regularly and keeping my routines simple.
Week 4: A new normal
By the end of the first month, the biggest shift was how stable I felt.
No afternoon crashes
Less snacking
A few pounds down without feeling deprived
It didn’t feel like a “diet.” It just felt… easier.
What made the biggest difference?
Looking back, a few things really helped me:
- Taking Sigrid consistently with meals
- Going for short walks after eating (especially dinner)
- Keeping meals balanced, but not restrictive
- Letting go of all-or-nothing thinking
If you’re at the beginning of your Sigrid journey, my advice is simple: give it a few weeks and pay attention to the small changes.
For me, it wasn’t one big transformation it was a series of small, steady shifts that added up.
And those are the changes that actually last.
